Scouting Report

Marcus is making himself a mainstay on the offensive line of the Danish U17 national teams who undoubtedly will break into the U19 team in the near future. His size is the standout factor and although he is a raw prospect, he shows flashes of potential that could make him a highly sought-after athlete. In particular, his redirect and finish on his run blocking show the effort he puts into his plays. In terms of cleaning up his technique, he would need to have better fundamentals in his elbows and hand placement through the duration of his blocks as well as aggression at the point of attack. Pass protection footwork would be the most important improvement in having him continue into the next stage of his potential ability because when he plays more experienced defenders he will have to have more finesse and smoother mechanics. - M.Bressington
